Evaluasi Sistem Layanan Terpadu Transformasi Digital dalam Peningkatan Transparansi Layanan Publik di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Malang

Ideal public service requires efficiency, transparency, and certainty, as mandated by Law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Service. Technological advancements have prompted the government to undertake digital transformation through the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) policy, as an effort to improve the quality of public services to make them effective, transparent, and accountable. One such implementation is carried out by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Malang Regency through the Integrated Digital Transformation Service System. The focus of this study is to describe the evaluate the system’s application in enhancing the transparency of public services in the education sector of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Malang Regency. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation results indicate that the system is capable of providing comprehensive and transparent service information and reveal a shared perception among staff and users regarding service quality, indicating that the system has been able to optimally meet the needs of the public.
