SIKARBO: Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Berbasis Website untuk Efisiensi Pengelolaan Arsip Pemerintahan

Abstract

This study develops a web-based archiving information system (SIKARBO) to improve the efficiency of archive management in the Organization Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat. Using the R&D method with the ADDIE model, this system overcomes the weaknesses of the previous system (SURADI) such as the inability to archive supporting documents. Implementation includes data migration, metadata tagging, and user training. The evaluation showed an effectiveness of 83.3% (“Very Effective”), proving that SIKARBO is able to improve archiving efficiency. This system is recommended for further development and widespread adoption.
