This study aims to analyze the strengthening of educational quality through the development of inclusive and adaptive specialized class programs. The research focuses on the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies for developing specialized class programs as an effort to enhance educational quality. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed using data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that the development of specialized class programs serves as an effective strategy for strengthening educational quality by providing educational services that accommodate students’ needs, interests, and talents. The programs include inclusive education, tahfidz classes, international classes, and technology classes. These diverse programs not only enhance customer satisfaction, particularly among parents and guardians, but also foster an inclusive, adaptive, and student-centered school culture. Furthermore, the development of specialized class programs contributes to strengthening school competitiveness amid increasingly dynamic and global educational challenges. Regular evaluation accompanied by continuous improvement efforts ensures the sustainability of quality and the relevance of the programs to stakeholders’ needs. These findings suggest that the development of inclusive and adaptive specialized class programs can serve as a strategic instrument for sustainable educational quality enhancement.
